Zee TV’s forthcoming fictional series, Ikk Kudi Punjab Di is an electrifying drama that vows to captivate viewers with its compelling storyline and finely crafted characters. Produced by Dome Entertainment, the show is poised to deliver an enthralling narrative filled with unforeseen twists and turns. Set in the majestic state of Kapurthala, Punjab, the series follows the journey of Heer Grewal, a stunning and dynamic young woman born into a Jatt landlord family, and her childhood companion Ranjha aka Ranjeet, whose unwavering support gives her a fresh start. While the role of Ranjha will be portrayed by Avinish Rekhi, Tanisha Mehta will play the character of Heer.
For Heer, the utmost priority in her life is the well-being of her family. However, her life takes an unforeseen turn when she enters into a marriage with the Atwal family, leaving everyone questioning – Who wished everyone well… but time has created animosity? After a life-altering incident, Heer is compelled to draw upon her inner resilience, confront injustice, and assert the truth. Throughout this tumultuous journey, she finds unwavering support from her childhood friend, Ranjha.
