The much-anticipated collaboration of Agastya Nanda, grandson of Amitabh Bachchan, Suhana Khan, daughter of Shah Rukh Khan, and Khushi Kapoor, younger daughter of the late Sridevi and Boney Kapoor, is preparing for the release of their first film. The Archies, directed by Zoya Akhtar, which draws inspiration from the world of comics, is all set to be digitally released. Additionally, it seems that Karan Johar, Shah Rukh Khan’s closest friend, will provide them with their debut platform on the upcoming show Koffee With Karan 8.

Readers may already know that Karan Johar launched the eighth season of the show earlier this week. The latest update is that the filmmaker-producer will kick-start the season with these newcomer star kids. According to a report on News 18 Showsha, a source stated, “After witnessing their parents on the Koffee couch for years now, Suhana, Khushi, and Agastya are truly thrilled to make their debut on Koffee With Karan. It will serve as a promotional event for The Archies. Most likely, the episode will be filmed next month.”
If these reports prove to be true, the rest of the young ensemble cast, including Vedang Raina, Yuvraj Menda, Aditi Dot, and Mihir Ahuja, may also be part of the episode. However, it is also being said that Karan Johar will provide the audience with a glimpse into the lives and journeys of Suhana Khan, Agastya Nanda, and Khushi Kapoor. “The episode will primarily focus on the formative years of these three star kids, their debuts, and their experiences of being born into families with a film legacy. Karan has witnessed their growth since their childhood, and he is equally excited to host them on the show. The audience is definitely in for some intriguing gossip,” added the source.
The Archies, which marks the debut of these star kids and the ensemble cast, is set in the 1960s and will be released on Netflix on October 26. On the other hand, Koffee With Karan Season 8 is also expected to premiere on the same date on Disney+ Hotstar.
